Deposits are generally refunded about one week after the vehicle is returned. The refund will be issued to your account or credit card in the same method you provided the deposit.

You must be at least 21 years old and have had a valid B category driver’s license for at least 1 year to rent a car. If you are 19 years old and have held a B category license for at least 1 year, you can purchase the young driver package to rent a car.

AdBlue is a diesel exhaust fluid used to reduce harmful emissions in diesel vehicles. Our reservations are based on vehicle groups, so we cannot guarantee a specific brand, model, color, or fuel type. Likewise, we cannot guarantee whether your vehicle has AdBlue. You will be informed at the time of pick-up if your vehicle requires AdBlue.

It is not permitted to take the rented vehicle out of the country.

Unfortunately, you cannot rent a car using someone else’s credit card. The cardholder must come to the office with you and be added as an additional driver. Our customer is the person who makes the payment; therefore, the customer’s personal credit card must be presented at the office, and all necessary documents must be signed. The agreement will be opened in the name of the cardholder; however, that person must also have a valid driver’s license.

This service allows someone else, in addition to you, to drive the rented vehicle.

You should report the incident to the nearest law enforcement agency and then inform our call center. A police or gendarmerie report is required to proceed with any claim.
